Getting Started at Borer Family Chiropractic is easy.
Your first step is to schedule a consultation with a doctor at Borer Family Chiropractic.
During the consultation we will determine what your health concerns, challenges and goals are.

Should both you and the doctor agree to continue you would proceed directly to the next step.
Most individuals do not have a
preference whether they see a male or a female doctor. However,
If you have a preference please bring it to our attention at the time
of scheduling. We are very pleased to be able to give you a
choice of either male or female doctor in our office.
Your consultation will be scheduled as soon as possible.
Your next step will be to have a thorough evaluation,
which will include non-invasive, non-painful orthopaedic, and
neurologic testing. This testing will determine if your health
concern can be helped with upper cervical specific chiropractic care.

Part of this testing will include precise thermal measurements along your spine, using computerized thermal testing equipment.
Next,
precise, detailed images of your spine will be taken (depending on age
this step may be skipped, based on doctor discretion). Detailed
images of the spine will tell the doctor exactly how your spinal
problem is to be corrected.

All three steps of the consultation,
exam and x-rays may be accomplished on the same visit. This visit
normally takes 60 minutes.
Finally
You will be scheduled for a time when the doctor will give you a
detailed report of findings. This report will explain whether the
testing showed if upper cervical specific chiropractic care can help
you and if so what will be involved to resolve the problem. Your
corrective care begins during this visit should you choose to move
forward.

Because of the detailed nature of the explanation your visit will be between 90 and 120 minutes.
If you are ready to get started we are looking forward to hearing from you. Simply give our office a call at 734-944-7200 to schedule your consultation.
