Brrrrrrr..... cold enough for you? The other day getting into my car, the temperature gage indicated -25 degrees below zero... and that was without the wind chill factor. Well there is no doubt that these wintery temps can cause some numbness as well as many other problems, like thank goodness my car battery had enough juice to actually start my car. But today's story is about a different cause of numbness, the kind created by a misaligned neck bone that is pinching a nerve. These problems typically occur due to bangs, bumps or accidents... the most frequent being those that occur in automobile accidents. Sometimes the pain and numbness show up right away. Sometime it takes years for problems to start showing up. Whenever the problem eventually is felt, now is the time to consider visiting your precision neck expert. Time to get to your Upper Cervical chiropractor. Here is Cathy's story:
Dr. Rob Borer with Cathy F. at Borer Family Chiropractic
"After a car accident I had problems with my hand and foot going numb. A friend of mine suggested Dr. Borer and how he adjusted differently from other chiropractors. I decided to give him a try and I am so glad that I did. After a month of adjustments I noticed my hand and foot being less numb. He brought to my attention it was due to a pinched nerve in my neck. It has now been 3 months and I no longer have any numbness in my hand and foot whatsoever. I'm so glad my friend told me about Dr. Borer."
