First, if you have not finalized your scarecrow "Name" or "Inspirational Message", please feel free to send them later to [email protected].
If your scarecrow will be especially BIG and HEAVY - please contact us when your scarecrow is ready to be displayed to make arrangements for YOUR TEAM to place your scarecrow directly downtown in a mutually agreeable location.
Once your scarecrow has been placed in public view - please notify me! [email protected] That way I know to come and take photos and start promoting your scarecrow on the contest website and social channels. I want to give your efforts full credit and exposure.
Once your scarecrow is displayed, please check in on it periodically, especially after it has been especially windy or rainy. Your scarecrow may need a little sprucing up or repair. Mother Nature can be particularly hard on your wonderful scarecrow.
Finally, don’t forget to promote your scarecrow on your social media channels, especially once the voting begins in the middle of the month. Let people know they should vote for your scarecrow.
